From June 6th, and running once a month until the end of the year, the Fundació Antoni Tàpies is organising guided tours of the work of Tàpies found around the city. Starting at the Fundació itself (Aragó 255), participants will have the chance to see a range of his art as they move around the city walking and taking public transport (the cost of the public transport has to be paid for by those taking part). The venues that will be visited include the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, the Palau de la Generalitat and the Catalan Parliament. Two tours will run in different months, one for adults and the other aimed more at families.
The tour lasts around two hours and starts at 11am. The cost for adults is €5 and for under-16s, €2; the price includes entrance to the Foundation (once it has reopened). The proposed dates are:
